Registration, Tuition and Refund Policy

Registration Period & Term Schedule

Registration Period: July 7, 2025 – September 6, 2025

Fall 2025 (Weekend Program): September 13, 2025 – January 17, 2026 (16 classes)

Spring 2026 (Weekend Program): January 28, 2026 – June 3, 2026 (16 classes)

 

Class Location:

Weekend Classes: 2001 98th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004 (Chinook Middle School)

 

Class Time:

9:00 AM – 10:50 AM (Chinese Language Classes)

11:00 AM – 11:50 AM (Math & Enrichment Classes)

12:00 PM – 1:50 PM (Chinese Language Classes)

Registration & Tuition

  • All registrations must be completed online through the school website. Please visit the Registration Website to sign up.

  • The registration system supports payment via PayPal and Zelle.

  • Full tuition is due by September 6, 2025.

  • Textbook fees are not included in tuition.

  • Registration Fee: $20 per student (waived if full tuition and textbook fees are paid by September 6, 2025)

Class Change & Withdrawal

  • New students may attend a two-week free trial.

  • To ensure smooth class operations, course or class changes must be made within the first two weeks of the semester.

  • Students requesting a course/class change in week 3 (without special reasons) must pay a $10 processing fee.

  • No class changes are allowed after week 4.

  • Students who withdraw within the first two weeks of the term will receive a full refund (excluding the registration fee). Withdrawals in week 3 or 4 will receive a 50% tuition refund.

  • No refunds will be issued starting from week 5.

  • Textbooks are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Process & Guidelines

  • The school will process eligible refunds after registration and payment are complete. Approved refund requests will be processed within 30 days.

  • Please provide refund account information at the time of request to facilitate prompt processing.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to personal reasons.

  • Each class requires a minimum enrollment of 6 students to be offered. To ensure teaching quality, each class is capped at 20 students.

  • If enrollment for a paid class is fewer than 6 students, the school reserves the right to cancel the class and provide a full refund for that class.
