Hello, my name is Zhimin Cao. I have a master degree on Computer Science. I have been teaching Chinese at Northwest Chinses School over 20 years. I also teach AP Chinese class at other Chinese school. I love working with kids very much.

I have a daughter and a son. In my free time, I like to swimming, hiking, playing cards with friends and watching TV.

Ms. Huang holds an Advanced Certificate in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and has over 10 years of experience teaching Chinese at immersion schools and educational institutions. She has experience in curriculum development and teaching management and has shared her practices at the Huaxia Teachers’ Annual Conference. Warm and caring, she adapts to each child’s needs and creates engaging classes that develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Like reading, traveling, cooking, and playing with my kids and my wholefamily.

I hold a master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language and have been teaching Chinese to non-native speakers since 2005. I am delighted to be part of Northwest Chinese School, where I share my passion for the Chinese language and culture with children. My goal is to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where students enjoy learning, feel confident speaking Chinese, and develop a lasting connection to Chinese culture.

I hold a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and have taught Chinese and Math at NWCS since 2007, working with students from pre-K to high school in both heritage and bilingual programs. With this broad experience, I aim to make each class engaging and confidence-building. I enjoy fostering curiosity, problem-solving, and cultural understanding, helping students embrace challenges and develop lifelong skills in learning and critical thinking.

I feel fortunate to teach Chinese in the Northwest, where I see curiosity shining in my students’ eyes and the trust of their families.
