Become a youth leader
Youth Leadership club is open to youth ages 10 to 18, based on their age as of December 31 of the enrollment year. Youth leadership is about discovering your voice, taking action, and creating change in your community. Through hands-on learning and guidance from caring mentors, Youth leadership club gives young people the chance to lead by working together, solving problems, and inspiring growth rather than simply telling others what to do.

Become an adult mentor
As an adult mentor, you serve as a role model while supporting positive youth development and building life skills that prepare young people for adulthood. There are many ways to volunteer with youth leadership club, and we are eager to help you find a volunteer role that matches your skills, interests, and availability.
