信息与联络 Communications:

我们的功能主要是及时把PTA的活动和服务信息和西北中文学校的所有成员沟通，另外也是是为PTA活动征募义工的主要渠道。我们的主要事务包括：发布PTA的每周通讯，组织和联系各班的PTA代表以推动家长和PTA的互动合作，为PTA的各项活动和服务征募义工。

We function to communicate information about PTA events, and services to the NWCS community.  It is also a main channel to recruit volunteers to participate in PTA functions.  Our major roles include:

• Publishing the PTA weekly newsletter
• Maintaining classroom PTA leads organization and communication
• Recruiting volunteers for PTA events and service
