加强学校基础建设:

加强师资培训及海外中文教育研讨,努力改善教学环境及教师待遇,提高中文教学质量,努力将学校建设成西北地区中文教学基地

积极继续寻找固定校舍,开办课后中文课程, 继续完善学校信息管理系统,努力促使学校财政健康稳定发展

加强与国内中文教育机构联系,争取得到海外中文教育认证及认证权,与SATII考试接轨,强化实际应用语言的能力

Enhance school infrastructure:

Enhance teacher training and overseas Chinese education seminars. Improve the treatment of teachers and teaching environment. Improve the quality of teaching Chinese in an effort to build a school as Northwest Chinese teaching bases

Actively look for premises, run after-school Chinese curriculum, the school will continue to improve the information management system, build the healthy and stable school finance

Strengthen contact with domestic Chinese educational institutions, to get the right education accreditation and certification of overseas Chinese, and SATII examination standards, improve the practical application of language ability

加强学校人文教育:

进一步丰富数学,英语,舞蹈和绘画等其它课程

培养学生具有良知,良能,尊重,愛心,責任,誠實,信任,感恩,包容,合作,分享等优良品格

培养学生树立历史感及文化归属感,在异质文化环境中体会本民族文化的价值,树立本民族文化的自信心及包容多元文化

Enhance school humanities education:

Further enrich Mathematics, English, Dance, Painting, and other courses

Students have a conscience, intuitive ability, respect, caring, responsibility, honesty, trust, gratitude, tolerance, cooperation, sharing, and other good character

Students to establish a sense of history and cultural belonging, appreciate the value of the national culture in heterogeneous cultural environments, and establish the confidence of the national culture and multicultural tolerance

加强社区的纽带作用:

加强和本地区其它中文学校的交流,努力促成众多中文学校的横向联合,积极组建中文学校联盟,扩大中文教育在当地主流社会的影响

成为华人社区的纽带,美中友谊的桥梁, 弘扬中华文化,强调多元文化教育为青少年的成长带来更多的成功与机会

积极争取中文成为当地中小学的正式外语课程 ,将西北中文学校建成提供师资及培训的基地,加强中文教材的甄选,尽可能地吸收当地中小学教材的经验,把握全球化及中文热带来的机遇,积极利用中文教学研究成果,不断地改进中文教学促进海外中文教育兴旺发达

Enhance the role of community ties:

Strengthening the communication with other Chinese schools in the region, actively build alliances to expand its influence in the mainstream local Chinese community education

Become a link of the Chinese community, the bridge of the United States and China, promote Chinese culture, emphasizes multicultural education for the growth of young people with the opportunity to bring more success

Actively seek to become an official Chinese language courses to local primary and secondary schools. Build Northwest Chinese Schools to be the base of teacher provider and teacher training, strengthen Chinese textbook selection, absorbing the experience of local primary and secondary school textbooks as possible, and grasp the opportunities of globalization and the popularity of Chinese, take advantage of the results of Chinese teaching and research, and continue to improve Chinese teaching to promote the prosperity of overseas Chinese education

加强主流意识融入主流社会:

积极改革传统的海外中文教育,迎接挑战、成功转型、更好地融入主流社会,积极争取政府和主流教育部门的理解支持,提高非华人学生入学率,生源民族构成多元化

向主流社会推进与主流学校并存,学习主流学校的教材使用经验与教材评估并与主流学校有别,向主流学校推广中文课程并分享中国语言文化与文化艺术交流,积极寻找与主流学校共建中文课程的可能性

强调中文教育是美国双语教育的重要组成部分,促使改变美国少数族裔语种教育的现状,促使主流社会重视中华文化与中文教育对美国社会的贡献

Enhance the mainstream consciousness and melt into mainstream society:

Actively reform the traditional overseas Chinese education to meet the challenges, successful transition to better integrate into mainstream society, actively seek understanding and support of the government and the mainstream education sector, improving non-Chinese student enrollment, student diverse ethnic composition

Advance to the mainstream society and coexist with mainstream schools, learning the experience of mainstream school textbooks and teaching materials and assessment, and know the difference with mainstream schools, promote Chinese language courses and share Chinese culture and cultural exchanges, and actively seeking the possibility to build Chinese courses for mainstream schools         

Emphasize that Chinese education is an important part of American bilingual education, prompting the United States to change the status of minority language education, and to promote mainstream society values the contribution of Chinese culture and Chinese education in American society
