新课程：节目主持人训练班 New class: young masters of ceremony
主持人训练班本周开课了！请通过电子邮件报名的家长本周六到PTA桌交主持人班学费 The MC training class will start this week. If you registered for the MC training class through email, please remember to pay the class fee at the PTA table this Saturday.
为了帮助有兴趣的同学培养节目主持人的能力，我们在本学期开始举办节目主持人训练班（人数限在8人内），从3月10日起，每周课时1小时，学费每人$150。由于本学期已经上课数周，同学们大都已经报名上其它课，我们会根据报名情况而决定上课时间在周六11am-12noon 和12noon-1pm中选一。有兴趣的同学请到学校admin询问办理注册，并注明想要的上课时间。We will be offering a class for master of ceremony training, with the class starting on March 10. Class fee is $150, and class size if limited to 8 students. Since school has already starting, and many students have already registered for other classes, the class time will be chosen between 11am-12 and 12-1pm, depending on the preferences by the registering students. Please inquire at the school administration and indicate your class time preference.
授课郭雪薇老师毕业于北京国际艺术学校，擅长表演、朗诵、声乐，舞蹈、主持等方面，曾参加过中国国内和国外的多次演出，也在不同的活动中担任活动主持人。
西北中文学校招聘下一任校长
西北中文学校目前公开招聘 2019-2021 年校长人选。学校目前只在周六上课，每学年分春秋两学期。校长职位属半职或兼职。 校长主要负责学校的教学质量和运营管理，制定和实施教学计划，教师和管理人员的招聘和培训，以及学校的形象推广。校长薪资将根据申请人经验及能力而定，学校提供有竟争力的薪资组合。理想的校长人选最好具备管理或参与管理教育机构、组织或非盈利社团的经验和能力；对学校的长远发展远景有考虑、有思路并愿意因势利导地进行实践；具有大学本科以上的学位；有教育或相关专业学位从优。熟悉中文教学，了解海外华人子弟的语言结构特点，具备人文科学知识，熟悉或了解经营预算，财务管理和有关IT信息技术在教育领域的应用；擅长当面与书面交流和意见沟通， 有能力集约不同意见，予以汇总并付诸实施；具有较高的中文口头和文字表达能力，能够熟练用中文和英文进行交流；热心并有能力引导学校和师生参与学校所在社区，美国国内以及与中国国内的各类文化人文交流。有意竞聘者请将申请信和简历在三月十五 日前发到 board@nwchinese.org。

每班请安排4位安全巡逻家长。各位安全值勤家长请到校长办公处领取巡逻标识衣，所负责任包括在大楼外两面学生家长上下车处疏导交通、根据法规监督停车泊车、在大楼内（包括课间休息时间）监督学生的往来安全。请早上班的家长在8:40前到达，下午班家长在11:45前到达,并最少值勤到课间休息结束。Please arrange for 4 parents to serve. Duties include directing traffic, at the entrances where students and parents get off their cars, outside of the school building, and ensure the safety of students inside the building, especially during class breaks. Safety patrol parents must arrive before 8:40 for morning classes and before 11:45 for afternoon classes, and stay at least until the class break is over.
请参阅本学年值班时间表，了解自己班的值班安排，最少两星期前做好准备。 Please take a look at the overall duty schedule to know your class' scheduled date, and prepare to organize the parent duties about 2 weeks ahead of time.
