English Teachers
NWCS is looking for native English teachers with the versatility
to teach all ages and levels to improve their English writing and reading
skills. Current classes are with students from elementary school to high
school. Teachers work more-or-less independently in planning and teaching,
making materials, selecting texts as well as establishing the pace and content
of the classes.

Chinese Teachers
NWCS is looking for native Chinese teachers with the versatility to teach all
ages and levels to improve their Chinese writing, reading, speaking and
listening skills. Current classes are with students from pre-school to adult.
Candidates are preferred to have background that includes extensive experience
in curriculum development and teaching Mandarin. Strong classroom management
skill is a plus.

Math Teachers
NWCS is looking for Math teachers with the versatility to teach
all ages and levels (K to 10) to improve their Math skills. Current classes are
with students from elementary school to high school. Teacher work more-or-less
independently in planning and teaching, making materials, selecting texts as
well as establishing the pace and content of the classes.

Assistants Principal
-
Define, develop and grow education projects.
-
Be responsible for having lead teachers of all grades to carry
out curriculum management, content development, and delivery.
-
Orient, train and hold accountable all levels of staff on HR
related activities such as staffing and recruitment, employee relations,
performance management, employee development (calling for professional training
or seminar), and succession planning.

Track and report absence, record retention, and attendance.
-
Be responsible for hiring substitute when necessary.
-
Be responsible for replying to specific emails regarding
teaching issues from teachers or parents.
-
Organize and supervise the complements of all school
activities including middle or final tests and various competitions.
-
Evaluate staff performance at the end of each semester and
report to the school principal.
School Secretaries
-
Monitor emails and phone calls from parents daily.
-
Place orders of textbooks and deliver them whenever necessary.
-
Make weekly announcements about school activities via email to
all members.
-
Take registration forms from members and update information in
the system.
-
Be responsible for collecting contributions from teachers and
students.
-
Be responsible for editing the school e-magazine.
-
Coordinate with school administrators in case of emergency and
for upcoming events.
-
Prepare required documents for newly hired employees and file
their paperwork regularly and collect mails in the main office every week.
Office Assistants
-
Coordinate with all teachers for their teaching necessities.
-
Purchase all school supplies and rewards for students.
-
Print or copy materials for teachers.
-
Keep track or store school supplies in rented storage.
-
Update the school supply inventory regularly.
Bookkeeper
-
Coordinate with the CPA for the bank statement reconciliation
every month.
-
Be responsible for data entry at the beginning of every school
year (A/R).
-
Take care of monthly bills and pay all the vendors in a timely
manner. (A/P)

Reimburse all expenses for staff upon principal's permission
and refund students tuition when policy deems appropriate. (A/P)

Deposit all checks or cash proceeds from selling books or
dictionaries. (A/R)

Process payroll twice per semester and cut checks for staff.

All relevant financial tasks.
Server and Software Administrator
-
Maintain school website and update school information on the
website as necessary.

Update school system regularly and upgrade its feature as
relevant
-
Update and create school members' email alias periodically.
